Proof & Impact
Results you can check — not just nice words.
Many projects make claims. This framework keeps records. Every result at Project Chittoor is measured against where it started, tied to a real source, and open for anyone to check — because the only impact worth reporting is the kind a doubter can verify.
The anchors
Four numbers the whole story stands on.
Everything else reported traces back to these — the land, the parts, the loops and the people the ecosystem serves.
Measurement principles
If we can't measure it here, we don't claim it anywhere.
The farm keeps its own books — on water, power, harvests, incomes and learning. Targets are labelled as targets, gaps are shown instead of hidden, and every number traces back to a field, a meter or a register.
Every claim carries a source and a date — no undated, unattributed numbers.
Ambitions are never dressed as results. A target stays visibly labelled until evidence closes it.
Missing data is displayed as missing. Trust is built by what you admit, not what you omit.
Money, harvest, energy and water figures must agree with each other before they are published.
Nothing is suggested for other geographies until it has worked — measurably — at Chittoor.
The KPI board
What the campus measures.
Acres growing · yield per crop · top-grade share.
Cost per acre · income per family · money staying local.
Water per crop · storage · rainwater saved.
Soil health · trees surviving · natural farming area.
Power generated · pumps run · power income.
Herd health · milk output · manure returned.
Village jobs · women's income · school attendance.
Guest nights · local buying · visitor ratings.
Impact in the field
Where the numbers live.
Each of these is a working system with its own record book — walk up to it, ask for the numbers, and they exist.

● Measured
Women-led enterpriseRecorded per household
Women's groups run nurseries, packing and guest stays — income booked in their name.
● Earning
Precision wateringCutting waste in a dry district
Drip and sprinkler lines water each crop exactly — every drop accounted for.
● Deployed

Milk, herd health and manure returned to the fields — the herd earns twice.

Digital classrooms track attendance and learning — the next generation grows up ready.

The target: convert a proven 657-acre reference implementation into a repeatable state-, district-, village- and international-development deployment model — with Kisan AI as the framework and technology provider. A successful scale deployment demonstrates four forms of portability.
SOPs, roles, tasks, controls and training reused without reinvention.
The same core data model and platform configured to new programs.
Comparable KPI definitions applied across deployments — numbers that can be lined up side by side.
Governments, development institutions and implementation partners participate without acquiring the framework.

Don't take our word for it — come check the farm.
Serious partners are invited to go through the records in person, field by field and book by book.
